Riemann Investment Assists ZhongDe Waste Technology AG to Successfully Float on German Main Board Market

    BERLIN, July 11 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- As its sole
financial consultant and one of its pre-IPO investors,
Shanghai Riemann Investment Advisory Ltd. successfully
assisted ZhongDe Waste Technology AG to float on the Prime
Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany. This is
the first Chinese company floated on the main board of
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Its ticker is ZEF.

    ZhongDe Waste Technology AG offered 32.19% of shares
for public trading with P/E ratio23 (based on the projected
net profit of 2007), raising EUR108.8 million. The IPO price
was EUR26/share and the opening price was EUR30/share, which
is 15% higher than the IPO price. The total trading volume
on the first day was 1.35 million shares. The closing price
was EUR31.5/share with an increase of 21%. In the
international road show, the European capital market showed
great interest in the first Chinese company and ZhongDe
became fourteen times oversubscribed. Many reputable
institutional investors, such as HSBC, Allianz Group,
Baring Asset Management, Pictet, Value Partners, Invesco
and Och-Ziff Capital Management (London) became
shareholders.

    ZhongDe Waste Technology AG was registered in Hamburg
with its main operations in China. Its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Fujian Fengquan Environmental Protection
Equipment Ltd., has the largest incinerator production base
for small- and medium-sized municipal and medical waste
incinerator in China.
